WHY "SENSATIONAL SHE-GEEK?"
The name is a play on words taken from Jennifer Walters' most well-known story run, Sensational She-Hulk, by John Byrne originally. While I cannot say I fully fit the discerption of "sensational," I try my best to educate and entertain, so I hope there must be some positive reason you came to this page!
What makes you think people will listen to what you have to say?
Honestly, I don't ever assume people will listen to or like what I have to say on this site. I know the world is full of nerds making blogs about their favorite topics, and I don't expect everyone to stop what they're doing and listen to me.
But I hope that in time, I will have a collection of posts big enough that anyone who comes here looking for some nerdy words will have no shortage of supply. The more I post, the more evidence is here that I am truly passionate about these things.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE PODCAST NAME?
Yancy Street is the famed fictional location of the Baxter building, aka the headquarters of the Fantastic Four. It's cross-street is 10th avenue, fun fact.
The regular podcast episodes are Yancy Street Regulars, the monthly specials are Yancy Street Specials.

why are you a ".weebly" site still?
Well, as of this moment, I have put a grand total of zero dollars into this site.
Not because I don't take is seriously or aren't committed--I really would some day love to have this as more of a full time job, at which point I will be financially available to remove the Weebly domain name from my site, and make it officially mine.

What geeky topics do you talk about here?
A LOT. Obviously the comics industry is the main thing, covering comic books, television programs, and movies, as well as industry trends, news, and speculation. The themes go through your generic nerdy topics like Star Wars and Star Trek, other related Sci-Fi projects, Tolkien and other fantasy projects. There is even discussion of monster-verse projects, toy collecting news in general, and anime and manga as well, with some light gaming.
WHERE ELSE DO I FIND YOU ONLINE?
You can find me on Instagram under @annawiththecomics
Twitter as @savageshegeek (sensational was too many characters)
and even Facebook as Sensational She-Geek
If you really want to get involved, I have a private Discord, too, discussing all sorts of nerdy topics such as comic/art/figure collecting, pop culture news, announcements, etc. To get involved there, shoot me a message on any of my platforms!

What is your overall goal of this site and podcast?
For the time being, I feel comfortable saying I post at least twice a week. Pull lists come out before the comics of each week, usually by Sunday night. Pick lists come out after I've read my weekly comics, usually Friday or Saturday.
Other than that, there will be sprinklings of reviews and other content as often as I am able to gather it up and put it out into the world.

Sure! Help is always appreciated. Shoot me a message with what find of help you want to offer, and I'll get you started!

I FEEL LIKE YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER WITH THIS.
That's not a question, but I'll take it.
You're right, there is always room for improvement on this site. But please keep in mind:
I do not get paid for this, I don't make a penny off of any of it. This means I still have my real life responsibilities to take care of, including finding a way to put food on the table still. Any time I spend not working on this site and corresponding podcast, I am working to make room for myself to expand and improve upon it more. Anything that appears on this site or podcast does so because I have trained and taught myself how to work just a minute amount of web design, to keep this page running. I am completely amateur in just about everything, with passion being the only real proof my my abilities.
Additionally, I do my own editing, most of which is a quick once-over of each section before I post, and it means I miss a lot.
All of these are points I am continually working on improving upon, just like I strive to improve on myself.

WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?
I'm doing this for a couple reasons.
First, to share my love of comics and the comic world with anyone who might happen across it.
Second, to practice light web-building, column writing, etc.
Third, to better know and understand my own comic world. I start to see trends when I write more or less the same things over and over again about a certain publisher, author, or series, and it says a lot about those entities--not always good things.
Fourth, with the hope in mind that I might someday join the industry in some way myself, it would be good for potential employers to have a variety of my relevant written work all in one space.
And fifth, I know what it's like to feel like the only one in the room who cares about a certain topic. If my ongoing rambles about comic books give someone a sense of community, I'd be thrilled.
